Leonie Rowe, a residential conveyancer in our Property Department, is a member of the Business Network International Organisation (BNI) and attends weekly breakfast meetings to create and develop professional contacts.
On Friday 21st February Leonie gave a presentation to a room of around 33 other professionals on the conveyancing process and the potential implications of matters such as Planning Permission, Building Regulations Consent, Restrictive Covenants, Sewers and Party Wall Agreements.
