Woollcombe Yonge commit to reducing conveyancing transaction times.

Woollcombe Yonge Solicitors have started 2023 by making a commitment to trying to reduce conveyancing transaction times for their clients, contacts and referrers alike.

The year started with us welcoming Alicia Hopkins who qualified as a solicitor on the 6^th January 2023. She joins Managing Partner, Joe Cunningham and FCilex Natalie Dingle as the qualified members of the team. They are supported by 7 other members within the team.

As of today, we have appointed Courtney James & Chloe MacDonald as Transaction Managers, whose role it will be to do their utmost to pro-actively reduce transaction times.

The role will involve Courtney and Chloe undertaking a number of tasks to help Clients and third parties through the conveyancing process. The role will include the following tasks:

Using the Woollcombe Yonge App and other technology to on-board Clients effectively and efficiently.

Liaising with the fee earners within the team in relation to their transactions, their current status and moving the matter forward to the next stage as quickly as possible.

Providing regular updates to Clients on the progress of their transaction, by the Clients preferred contact method.

To be the main point of contact for third parties throughout the transaction. Providing updates when required and liaising with them for assistance when needed.

Identifying matters that are stalling and moving them forward as quickly as possible.

The move is hoped to ensure that the team is working as efficiently and effectively as possible.
