How Long Will We Keep Your Information For?

We will keep your information throughout the period of the time we work for you and in accordance with our file closing and storage requirements which will be notified to you at the conclusion of your case.

We may retain sufficient personal data for a reasonable further period of time to ensure we are able to comply with our professional obligations in relation to conflict of interest checks.

What Rights Do You Have?

We request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. A small fee will be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you, please write to the Managing Partner at Woollcombe Yonge Solicitors, 63-65 Bretonside, Plymouth, PL4 0BD.

If you believe that any information we are holding is incorrect or incomplete, please write or email us as soon as possible and we will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

If you are unhappy about how we use your information then initially you should contact the Managing Partner and if your complaint remains unresolved then you can contact the Information Commissioners Officer details available at www.ico.org.uk.
