Will Giles

Will is a specialist Family Law Solicitor, Mediator, Partner and head of the family law team.

Will helps unhappy people, out of unhappy relationships, whilst focussing on the needs and best interests of any children of the relationship.

Will has 30 years’ experience of divorce and family cases. He is the only accredited solicitor mediator in Plymouth.

Will has particular expertise in divorces involving the armed forces, medical profession, businesses and farms. Will is highly experienced in dealing with pensions cases, particularly military pensions. Will is often instructed in cases where there are complex assets or where there are assets of significant value.

In recognition of the emotional and financial impact of divorce on families, Will qualified as an accredited mediator, where he is committed to helping parents and spouses to resolve their issues amicably.

Will is Chair of the Emmanual Contact Centre, supporting the centre to provide facilities for children to be able to see their parents. Will has also been a committed member of Devon Resolution for many years.

Will is accredited by the law society as advanced family lawyer and by the Family Mediation Council as a Mediator.
