Our Wills, Trusts & Probate team attended a free legal clinic this week in conjunction with Friends & Families.
This local charity support and empower families with children living with a disability. They do this by providing services and activities for the whole family so that everyone gets to live their best life.
Our team discussed various legal issues, including how best to protect inheritance by putting into place a disabled person’s trust, and how parents can manage the affairs of their children upon reaching adulthood.
