Family Department Administrator
We are seeking an administrator / typist to join our family team at Woollcombe Yonge.
The successful candidate will be required to assist fee earners in our family team.
Previous administration experience is preferred.
The candidate must have the following essential skills for the role:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- A strong user knowledge of IT packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Be a team player focused on providing an exceptional service with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organisational skills
Tasks will include the following:
- Providing administrative support to the partners and family team.
- Liaising with clients, solicitors and other professionals via telephone and by correspondence.
- Typing up dictation and attendance notes.
- Handling administrative tasks such as maintaining case files and diary management.
- Other general admin tasks such as file opening and closing.
Job Type: Full time. Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm with 1 hour for lunch.
Salary: Remuneration is competitive and dependent upon experience.
Location: Plymouth, PL4 0BD. Please note this is an office-based role.
