Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner
Our Residential Conveyancing department specialise in dealing with a variety of property matters and we are now seeking a fee earner to join our busy and friendly team, due to growth within the department.
The ideal candidate will independently manage their own busy caseload and deal with a range of transactions, including sales, purchases and remortgages.
You will be expected to assist with the maintenance of our excellent relationships with clients, professional contacts and work providers and to provide assistance to other fee earners in the team when required.
You will be focused on providing exceptional service and advice to your clients, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and work well within a team.
The successful candidate will need to have experience and a proven track record of independent fee earning and ideally have their own professional contacts and clients, as well as excellent client care skills and be confident using a case management system.
Job Type: Full time.
Salary: Remuneration is competitive and dependent upon experience.
