Krista Searle

Krista is an Associate and the Head of our Commercial Property/Business Services Team. She graduated from University in 2014 with A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree and qualified as a CILEx Lawyer in 2018. Krista has worked in the firm since January 2020 and became head of Department in 2023.

Krista acts for a variety of clients from individuals, SMEs, sole traders to larger scale companies and developers. She specialises in Commercial and Commercial Property and she thrives off the varied workload.

Outside of work Krista likes to travel, enjoy coastal walks with her dog and go swimming.

Interesting fact

Krista is bilingual (Finnish) and was shortlisted for an interview on the famous TV programme “The Apprentice”!

Krista has recently dealt with multi-million pound refinances for a number of clients, along with leases across the country for her ever-expanding clients. Krista has also been dealing with sales and purchases of a variety of businesses from small takeaways to holiday sites and care homes. There is no job too big or small!
