Daniel recently qualified with an LLB Law Degree from the University of Plymouth.

Daniel assists Raegan Leather and Tracey Wright on a variety of private client cases by working as a Paralegal. These mainly include Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, assisting on Complex Trust Matters and Succession Planning and Estate Administrations.

Daniel drafts and facilitates the registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney for clients Health and Welfare and Property and Financial Affairs, and also drafts Wills of varying complexity to meet the specific needs of clients.

In addition, Daniel assists with the administration of a variety of taxable and non-taxable estates including those with multiple assets and high net values.
