Raegan Leather (TEP)

Raegan is a Partner and Head of our Wills, Trusts and Probate Department. She graduated from the University of Plymouth and trained with a local law firm.

Raegan is a full member of STEP (www.step.org) and is acting Chair of the STEP West of England branch.

Raegan deals with all private clients matters, including the preparation of wills, arrangements for powers of attorney, probate, trusts and tax related matters for high net worth clients. With her close ties to the South West region, Raegan is dedicated to her local clients and prides herself on combining a down to earth approach with an undoubted level of professionalism.

In her spare time, Raegan is a keen runner and enjoys exploring the Cornish coast with her springer spaniel.

Interesting fact: Raegan recently completed her first ultramarathon!

Recent Experience

Raegan was recently instructed to administer an estate subject to the intestacy rules. The deceased was unmarried with no children resulting in a family tree search being required, and over 30 distant relatives (based all over the world) identified as beneficiaries.
