Rebecca Ellerbeck on Family Law

Rebecca Ellerbeck joined Woollcombe Yonge’s successful family team in September 2020 and is based in their Plymouth offices.

Rebecca has more than 25 years of experience in the field of family law dealing with all aspects of divorce, financial matters, children issues and domestic abuse matters.

Although most of her career has been spent working in Plymouth, she also worked as a solicitor in London for many years and has lived in the Middle East.

Rebecca recognises that a relationship breakdown often involves stress and financial upheaval. “A break-up brings uncertainty about the future and concerns about what life will be like for you without your partner”.

Rebecca is a member of Resolution a group of family lawyers who believe that a non-confrontational approach to family law issues produces a better outcome for separating families and their children. Rebecca always makes sure an emphasis is placed on minimising unnecessary hostility and successfully resolving matters by having a clear understanding of her client’s aims.
