Dame Hannah’s is a fantastic charity providing a range of learning, care, support and fun for children and adults with a range of disabilities. They provide a holistic approach from therapists, educationalists, medical staff and care team. This includes a school, respite centre, children’s home and Hannahwood which is aimed at helping the transition from adolescence to adulthood, both in terms of learning, development and care.
