Your work will be undertaken by a suitably qualified member of the Residential Property Team, which is supervised by the Head of Residential Property and Partner, Joe Cunningham. The team is currently made up of qualified solicitors and a Trainee Legal Executive. Your Terms of Business Letter will confirm which member of staff will be dealing with your matter and their relevant qualifications. We usually estimate that a conveyancing transaction can take anywhere between four to twelve weeks depending on the complexity of the matter and the issues involved.

For the purpose of your conveyancing quotation for any purchase, it is assumed that you will be liable to pay the standard rate of Stamp Duty Land Tax. If you believe that you may be either exempt or have to pay the higher rate of Stamp Duty Land Tax please contact one of our team who would be happy to assist.
